New Jersey Mom Of 3 Murdered Her Toddler Son Because He Was Getting In The Way Of Her Affair

Gerald said that a wipe had been placed over the little boy’s mouth containing chemicals, and that was th method of Asphyxiation that directly led to his death.

It was also discovered that Axel had traces of antiseptic substances and detergents inside of his body.

At her court hearing, Heather sat there and sobbed controllably, while her lawyer insisted she was innocent and had nothing to do with her son’s death.

The prosecution, however, is painting quite a different picture of this mom of three.

They’re saying Heather is guilty of murdering Axel, and this is what they suspect she did to him.

According to the prosecution, Heather intentionally killed Axel, because the little boy was getting in the way of the affair she was having at the time.

And they have some pretty damning evidence against her, which we’ll get to in a bit.

On the day Axel died, Heather allegedly was the one to put a wipe coated in cleaning products over his mouth and nose.

She waited until Axel passed out from what she did, before running out onto her front lawn with him and screaming for help.

She made it look like an accident, or at least she tried, but according to Axel’s autopsy results, the evidence says otherwise.

Here is the evidence the prosecution has pointing to Heather killing Axel because he was getting in the way of her and her boyfriend…

The prosecution says they have quite a number of texts, in addition to witness testimony from Heather’s family and friends that prove her lover was losing interest…

…and Heather said he was losing interest because Axel was getting in the way of their relationship.

“A review of the text messages between the defendant and her boyfriend from the previous night reveals that the defendant was becoming frustrated by the boyfriend’s apparent lack of interest,” Assistant Prosecutor Peter Gallagher mentioned about the evidence during the hearing.
