After being together for four years, this 33-year-old woman married her husband, who is 35. Sadly, though, their honeymoon phase did not last long– because right after they tied the knot, they experienced a series of tragedies.
First, her mother passed away unexpectedly– which caused her to, understandably, fall apart. Then, she felt immense pressure to help her father and her siblings manage their own grief surrounding the loss.
At the same time, she was also going through in vitro fertilization (IVF) because she was never able to remain pregnant past the first trimester.
Since she was dealing with so much sadness, she and her husband also stopped effectively communicating.
“And although we were still talking a lot every day, I was so lonely,” she recalled.
Yet, the series of tragic events did not stop there. One day completely out of the blue, her husband then approached her and claimed that he didn’t love her anymore. He also asked for a separation.
Then, just a few days afterward, she found out that just one year after tying the knot, her husband had begun sleeping with a 25-year-old woman he met at work.
So, she wound up confronting her husband about the affair, and he confessed to everything. On top of that, her husband said that he loved the other woman and told her that she just was “not exciting” anymore.
Her husband also claimed that he could not live with all of the sadness in their home anymore.
