I can only imagine being a young Mom. It has to be hard.
Being a Mom is already probably the hardest job you can have, without adding to the fact that you’re young and trying to figure it all out.
That doesn’t give you an excuse though to do what these Moms did.
This young Mom left her 6-month-old in a car seat for days and he died, and you’re going to lose it over the excuse she gives for why she did it.
Another young Mom murdered her children in an oven, then video chatted with their father.
The details of these stories are heartbreaking, disgusting, and infuriating.
This is Lovily Johnson.
She was a 22-year-old Mom to a 6-month-old son named Noah Edward Johnson. She also had a young daughter who was 2 years old at the time.
They lived together in Wyoming, Michigan.
What she did to her own baby is so disturbing please prepare yourself before reading further.
Lovily is being charged with murder for what she did to her young son, Noah.
She was already on probation because she embezzled a local business.
During her arraignment in Wyoming District Court, Lovily was confused as to why she was being charged with murder, which is a felony, and first-degree child abuse.
This Mom didn’t understand why she was being charged with murder, even though she clearly killed her young son.
Steven M. Timmers, the Wyoming District Court Judge at Lovily’s arraignment said:
“Well, let me make it really clear,’’ the judge said to her as he explained what she was being charged with again.
“They alleged you killed a young child and that you physically abused it. Does that make sense to you?”
“Yes sir,’’ Lovily finally responded.
“OK, at least you understand the charges against you,’’ Timmers said.
