Sam further summarized Krystal’s testimony to authorities, “Kenney parked in the alley. Kristi stayed in the car & couldn’t see where she went. Kenney knocked on the door. Kelsey opened the door slightly. Krystal lied about her identity, said she was a neighbor & wanted to thank her for helping find her dogs.”

Krystal did not ultimately end up drugging Kelsey’s coffee though because, as she told authorities, “she didn’t drug the coffee because ‘she didn’t want to hurt her.’ Kenney communicated with Frazee after this. She said he was angry & sent an apology text later that day.”

Plenty of Krystal’s friends are shocked that she would have even entertained the idea of helping Patrick kill Kelsey. And yet, she did just that.
“She was probably one of the best queens, she was amazing,” Laura Stutzman, one of her friends who used to compete horses with her, said to KMVT.
“A person is gonna be hard pressed to find someone more honest, reliable, kind and very well grounded. She’s just one in a million. My Krystal, she’s a really wonderful, wonderful person. And I cannot for the life of me, and I can’t imagine any of this, what her families going through, her friends.” Although Krystal did not end up going through with poisoning Kelsey, she did help Patrick dispose of her when he did murder her.

And she helped dispose of the evidence as well. This is what Krystal did do and the role she played in Kelsey’s murder and disappearance.
