Police took Luisa in for questioning, and they say she was all over the place, saying the most insane things.
She told them she was doing drugs with the devil. She then admitted to taking a slew of illegal substances. She tried to put her hand down her throat.
Luisa acted so frighteningly, they made her undergo mental health evaluations for an entire week.
