Start by cutting an orange in half and carefully scooping out the insides with a spoon, leaving behind the hollow orange peels. In a small bowl, prepare a blueberry muffin mix according to the instructions on the box.
Next, fill one of the orange peels with the batter and place the other half of the orange on top. Then, wrap it up in a layer of tin foil and set it on a campfire with hot coals.
