Who doesn’t love an easy dinner recipe? Especially one that doesn’t demand a ton of clean-up. When they’re done right, they look just as appealing as any dish that took hours to prepare.
TikToker Grace Wagner (@glowingwithgrace) is a nutritionist, and she’s showing her followers what her go-to meal has been recently. It’s healthy, it’s full of color, and it only requires one kitchen tool.
It’s a sheet pan dinner! Seriously, all you need is a sheet pan that you’re going to stick into the oven. Thankfully, there are no extra pots or pans you’ll have to scrub vigorously at when dinner is over.
I think we can all agree that is the worst part of cooking.
“This is one of the easiest dinners you’ll ever make, and you’ll have leftovers for lunch tomorrow,” said Grace.
In her video, she adds cut-up chunks of zucchini, sweet potatoes, red onion, red bell pepper, and broccoli across a sheet pan. Then, she adds chicken sausage on top of the veggies.
She tops it off with a lot of olive oil and some black pepper. Then, she pops it in the oven for about thirty minutes at 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
While the food is cooking, you’ll need to make a hummus sauce. Scoop a few spoonfuls of hummus into a small bowl, along with a drizzle of olive oil, lemon juice, and a bit of garlic.
Once the food is done, add the hummus sauce to a plate of your veggies and sausage. It’s the easiest and most delicious dinner you’ll ever make.
