He was doing 97 miles per hour, and the whole family was injured in the accident. They were then rushed to Dayton Children’s Hospital, where tragically Penelope and Eleanor were pronounced dead upon arrival.
Penelope’s siblings and mom both have at least 10 different injuries from the crash, but they all survived, including Penelope’s 2-month-old sibling.
Two of Penelope’s siblings are currently still at Dayton Children’s Hospital. One of them is sadly still in critical condition at this time.
