Noema told police she parked her car about 30 yards away from the playground and was keeping an eye on her children from there.
Dulce and her brother were on the playground for 10 minutes, then Noema decided to get out and check on them around 4:20 in the afternoon.
Dulce’s little brother was standing on the playground crying, his ice cream he had been eating on the ground.
